The Library has restored reading access to all of the University of Winnipeg's open-access journals, after experiencing an outage in its Open Journal Systems (OJS) software platform earlier this year. 

We greatly value the University of Winnipeg's OJS community of journal managers, editors, authors, reviewers, and readers, and the important scholarship we sustain. We understand the impact this outage has had on your work. Although the Library has done everything it could to restore all the hosted journals as safely and quickly as possible, we recognize that this process took time and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Canadian Journal of Indigenous Studies (CJIS) is announcing a Call for Papers for the third issue. The issues will include following series sections: scholarly articles, Indigenous stories and language, artistic practices, current topics and book reviews. 

Canadian Journal of Indigenous Studies (CJIS) is announcing a Call for Proposals for Special Issues. The Special Issues can follow the series sections within CJIS which includes scholarly articles, Indigenous stories and language, artistic practices, and book reviews which are organized under a specific theme and introduced by the Guest Editor(s).
